Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about our services.

Yes. Our typical minimum is $400,000 in investable assets, excluding real estate holdings or life insurance cash value. Exceptions may be made for relatives of existing clients, employer-sponsored plans (e.g., 401(k)s), or situations where we believe a long-term advisory relationship would be mutually beneficial.

We serve individuals, families, and business owners who seek professional guidance to make informed financial decisions. Many clients are navigating life transitions—such as retirement, career changes, marriage, divorce, loss of a loved one, or selling a business. While many have a net worth between $1 million and $15 million, we also work with high-income earners building toward long-term goals.

No. We are a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser, compensated solely for the advice and services we provide. We do not earn commissions from investment product sales.

A fiduciary is legally and ethically bound to act in your best interest. At Rosemeyer Management Group, we embrace this role — placing your goals first and meeting the highest standard of care and loyalty.

We use independent third-party custodians — such as Charles Schwab — to hold and safeguard client assets. You never write checks to Rosemeyer Management Group; funds are payable directly to your custodian. Schwab provides Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) coverage for eligible accounts, which protects against the loss of securities in the event of a custodian failure, but not against declines in the value of investments.

It begins with a no-pressure, no-cost conversation to discuss your goals and questions. If we both agree it’s a good fit, we’ll begin a planning process tailored to your circumstances.
